Open up Word
Standard and Formatting Toolbars
Ensure the Standard and Formatting Toolbars are at the top of your screen. If they are not add them now, View/Toolbars/ Standard and
Formatting, tick the toolbar to show.
Start a Mail Merge
Go to Tools on your toolbar and then Mail Merge, note: if the menu is not opened up like the one in the picture wait a while and Word 2000 will open it up for you. Or Click on the chevron at the bottom of the menu to open up the menu.
