Part 3

With your title page ready, click on a New Slide again and choose a slide layout. Use text boxes or word art to format your slides. Or simply use the normal formatting tools in your text boxes.

At this point save your Presentation and give it a name.

Continue inserting new slides and working on them in this way until you have as many slides as you need.

Insert Picture or
Object

To insert a picture onto a slide. Click on Insert/picture/clipart or a file. You can also insert a chart, movie, sound, or a table, you will find the diagram option here too.

If you choose the Insert/Object you will find many more files that you can insert. A prepared Excel document, a Calendar etc. take some time now to view all of the Objects that you can insert.

If you do insert an Object to later find out that you do not want it on your Presentation. Click on the Object itself, until you see small white squares all around the Object, you can delete it once you see these squares (known as selecting the object) Note you will not be able to type into another object whilst you have the selection handles showing on a object.
