You can loop your slides continuously or click to run the next slide. You can show without narration, and without animation, if you had added them. You can choose to view All of the slides or just from a certain number to another number, useful for management to view the whole presentation and staff to view some of the slides.

Under advance slides choose manually, or if you have timings to advance each slide say at 5 seconds each, then tick that box.

There is a Projector Wizard to use if you are going to use a Projector. The Wizard will take you through.

Notice the pen colour box, check a colour that will compliment your design. Save your settings. Once you have chose your options, that is it, you can run your show. cine screen

Go to the task pane at the right hand side of the screen. At the bottom of the screen you will see a picture of a small cine screen next to the arrow. Click on this button and you can view your show. Click to advance slides unless you have set timings. Click on Esc on your keyboard to end the show.

Run a slide show

If you look at the lower right hand side of the bottom of your show screen, these images will appear if you hover over the bottom right of the screen. Which by default are invisible. By clicking on these buttons, you will find more options. image of show buttons Check them now, to see what you can do with your show.
