The next button to add, is the One Line Text Box. This allows for a name field. Where by our readers can add text but you will need to name the text information required before the field. For example 'Name', 'Email Address'.
The next button 'Scrolling Text Box' on the form tools menu allows our readers to enter in information, which we may sometimes want. For example Comments: Remember to name the text box.
We can add a check box, or a radio button, if you use these options you will need to name each button and question in your code, so that you can understand the results. For example you could name the first button R1Q1. For radio one, question one.
We can add a picture for our form which may be nice. Or add a label. Just practise all the options to get a feel of how FrontPage Forms work.
To change the look of the buttons on the form. Click on the button to highlight it, and right click on your mouse, click on format then style buttons.
