When you have finished entering in all of the information your form needs. Add the name of the form in the base name box if you have a page for your form results. Otherwise leave this field blank. Click on next. In the output options that will then appear, tick the correct radio button, to save as a web page, txt file or to a CGI that you know your server has installed for you. Alternatively you can get the results via email. Click on the CGI to do this.
FrontPage 2000 then creates the form for you. See next page
