Part 2

In the previous dialogue box we saw that FrontPage has some form templates that you may want to use already. All we have to do is click on the form you want and and fill in the prompts. We can create our own form by using the form page wizard.

Create Form using Wizard

Find the Form Page Wizard on the dialogue box above. For this example we want to add a user feedback form to our web. Fill in the details as requested by the wizard. Until you get to the ‘Add’, here we need to add the fields for our form.

Tick the required options. i.e. The information that you want the reader to enter.
