Type in the index always add .html to your pages. index.html is always added to FrontPage as the first page.
On the box viewed on the previous page, you can add many features to your web, take a while to study each of the features. Most of them I expect you are familiar with but the 'Include page' will allow you to display one prepared page within another. Click on the Include Page option now.
Click on OK, once you have inserted the included page. It will be inserted.
